It’s easy for others to say think positively whenever they will know a negative situation from their friends or relatives. I just don’t know if they can apply it within themselves if they are in the same situation with that other person. As for me, it’s so hard to be positive when things go the other way. And I know it’s a normal feeling for humans. But then, right after moments will pass by, positive thinking will follow right after letting go of certain unacceptable events!

The dream country for my cousin is USA. After graduating, she worked two years in the country and after that she tried to work abroad. But she’s not successful with her first job. She went home and tried to apply for a work in Europe. She worked there for several years until she found good chances to work here in USA and there it started her journey of living here. By the time she got a stable job, she found a good hope with owning one of the Land Contract Homes. She said that, she had Fair Housing Initiatives with her owned property. After everything was settled, it was then she got married. And now, she’s happy with her family and she’s blessed with a very handsome baby boy!

You know what, I am kind of sad today. Why? It’s because one of my dearest friends will transfer to her new place in another state. She used to visit me in the house together with her baby and she even asked me if I will go with her even for joy riding or dine out. Too bad that time I was kind of hesitant in going with her visits were enough for me.

Anyway, she got her new place at FSBO MLS. She said that she has a good deal with that place that’s why without hesitation, she’s willing to pay it and stay in that place for good. The reason of why she got a good deal was that the property was for sale by the owner. I asked her where did she got the information and she shared with me that she found it in one of the most informative websites that talks about properties sold by the owners. Further, she shared with me that the particular website had photos, listings, and to top it all, it’s easy to use. For her, the things that she discovered in that particular site were kind of Fair Housing Initiatives. She’s even recommending it to me that whenever I will find a better place to live, it’s good if I will also use that particular site. So, I said, why not, of course, I will use it since she’s so happy in finding her new place through that website, surely, I will be happy too!

Sigh! I’m going to say farewell to my dear friend. Hope someday somehow I’m going to see her and her baby! I know she will be happy with her new place because as what she said, it’s her dream house and it’s her dream state to live with!

The little kiddo is now trying to take his nap under his woody tent together with his toys. When he will try to roam around and will argue with me that he doesn’t want to take a nap, I will have to scare him that I will get his tent and all of his toys and throw it away. For now, he is behaving a little and not making any sound at all!

Our budget will not be the same in the coming months. We need to save a lot in preparation for the time that our budget will be just enough for some reasons. But one of the things that we surely need is for us to have insurances of all kinds. So, right now, we are looking for some affordable insurances with this Mass insurance agency with the hope that we still can afford to have the insurances that we need and so when we can use it whenever we need these things. We are positive that we can find the most affordable insurances that will fit with our budget!

Guess what!  My friend will be coming here! Actually she’s my closest friend when I was still in college. Many times, she’s asking me several questions of how could she possibly come to the US. Well, I told her it’s a very long process but she’s so eager to fly in here because she wanted to explore the US and at the same time visit me. Aside from that her husband who has been a businessman for many years wants to grant her wish, which is to gain a property here so she can easily have a place to stay whenever she (they) wants to visit in the US. And so, I gave her a site in which to guide her in processing her papers and at the same time, I gave her about El Paso Foreclosed Homes which would be one of the best websites which has the information that she needs about buying a home. At any rate, she’s amazed of the Affordable Housing Options that I shared with her. She showed this thing to her husband and he’s kind of agreeable with it. Anyway, soon she will be here to have a vacation but that will be for a short period of time because she needs to process all of her papers. And her husband was even more excited than her. For me, I am also excited to see my college buddy again.

I am having pc problem this morning. I can’t open anything on my desktop and so I just pressed the button to shut it down. But it’s not working when I tried to open it. Right now, my loves is fixing it. Hope it will be okay pretty soon as I love my dell desktop. Hopefully, he can fix it with a new Windows 7 OS. *wink*
