7000 BTU for an air conditioning unit is not enough to make a home cool. Not even the whole living room. When I searched online, even the one that is for the room it requires 18,000 BTU. Anyway, I guess, the house needs to have more than 18,000 BTU of air conditioner because the swamp cooler is not functioning well right now.
