Her diet life
Of all my female cousins, I have one favorite and it’s so happen that she’s the closest to me. She always shares her life’s stories with me mostly her amazing love life, diet life, and her life in her office. Actually, she’s a home buddy person like me. But whenever she will be out, she has the feeling of not going home for a long time. With that case, she has a similar characteristic with me in which is the reason why she’s so dear to me.
Anyway, I can say that her love life is so amazing, it’s because her boyfriend accepted her for who she is. Even during those moments that she’s still struggling with her weight loss, her BF loved her so much. And going back to her diet life, oh don’t think that she wants to lose weight because she wants to impress her man. Nope, not! She wants to lose weight for health purpose and also to make her feel good about herself. She tries lots of weight loss aid until she discovers hCG. After several days of using hCG diet, it’s then she can feel some changes with her body. Also, she’s using foods allowed on hcg diet so as for her to achieve a complete success with her lifelong goal of trimming down her weight and stay healthy.
As of the present, she’s been feeling so good about herself. She’s more active with her outdoor activities, like running, gym, swimming, mountain climbing, biking, hiking, and a lot more things that will aid help her diet life. She’s even into bowling recently. And the next thing that she will be doing is to try kick boxing and maybe mix martial arts. Although, she also wants to try taekwondo and karate! She shared with me that she will see to it to be more active rather than only having her office and home activities. She needs to be more active outdoors in order for her to be physically fit all the time because she can’t tolerate of being such a heavy weighed woman and she doesn’t want to be back with her old self ever again.
